What is the corrosive water used for engraving transfer printing machine steel plates?
At present, the production of transfer printing steel plates mainly uses nitric acid solution and ferric chloride solution with added protective agents for corrosion. But this produces nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide, which is polluting. Many advanced enterprises and foreign countries are gradually using resin plates or laser engraving for plate making.
Pad printing steel plate is a consumable material used in special printing pad printing machines. Pad printing steel plates include chromium steel, K460 steel, bearing steel, spring steel, and other materials. If it needs to be used during transfer printing, it also needs to be processed once, that is, the content that needs to be transferred is etched onto the steel plate through processes such as applying photoresist, exposure, development, corrosion, etc.
Chromium steel has strong corrosion resistance, commonly known as stainless steel. The processing performance is average.
Bearing steel has good wear resistance, good processing performance, fine and uniform microstructure, and good corrosion resistance, making it the preferred steel for transfer printing steel plates.
Spring steel has good wear resistance and a fine and uniform microstructure. Compared with bearing steel plates, its processing performance, corrosion resistance, and rust prevention ability are generally average.
Imported K460 alloy steel quenched with chromium, manganese, and vanadium through oil has a fine microstructure, hardening ability, and wear resistance characteristics.
