Do we need to clean the transfer printing machine steel plate after use?
Pad printing steel plate is a consumable material used in special printing pad printing machines. Pad printing steel plates include chromium steel, K460 steel, bearing steel, spring steel, and other materials. If it needs to be used during transfer printing, it also needs to be processed once, that is, the content that needs to be transferred is etched onto the steel plate through processes such as applying photoresist, exposure, development, corrosion, etc.
After using the transfer printing machine steel plate, if it is not removed, the ink should cover the steel plate pattern (or font, etc.), and generally does not need to be processed within three days.
If dismantled, it needs to be cleaned with oil and water first, and then sealed with adhesive tape; If rust proof oil or engine oil is applied, it will be difficult to clean during the next use, and poor transfer printing may occur if it is not cleaned thoroughly.
If it is not used for more than half a month after dismantling, it is best to spray a layer of rust inhibitor.
