Steel plate corrosion process flow
1. Pre check the steel plate and wipe off any oil stains.
2. Clean the steel plate with a piece of cloth dipped in Tian Na water.
3. Pour photosensitive paste evenly onto the surface of the steel plate.
4. Dry in the oven for 10 minutes or blow with a hair dryer for about 1 minute.
5. Check the film.
6. Exposure to external factors.
7. Development processing.
8. Drying treatment.
9. Supplement processing.
10. Drying.
