Production process of transfer printing steel plate
The detailed production process is as follows: 1. Steel plate cleaning (plate washing), removing oil stains and dust on the steel plate, ensuring that it is thoroughly cleaned and free of dirt and dust; 2. Apply photosensitive adhesive evenly on the surface of the steel plate, and use a slurry thrower to spin the slurry. Then tilt it back and place it in a dark box (reverse tilt: photosensitive adhesive facing downwards). If there is no slurry thrower, after sizing, it will be directly tilted back and placed in a dark box. The darkroom should be cleaned to avoid dust. Drying of photosensitive adhesive requires 12 hours at room temperature, using an industrial oven to bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. I generally do not recommend baking, and it is best to use room temperature; 3. Stick the film on the appropriate position of the steel plate and fix it with transparent tape; 4. The glass of the plate making machine is clean and dust-free, and the photosensitive adhesive surface is tightly attached to the plate making machine glass. (The operation of the plate making machine is omitted) Exposure parameters: generally, the exposure time is 40 seconds, and the dot exposure time is 8-10 seconds; 5. To develop, rinse with developer solution for 20-40 seconds, then rinse with clean water. If insufficient development is found, repeat the developer solution rinse and water rinse until the image and text are fully presented; 6. Corrosion, nitric acid is prepared in a certain proportion as a corrosion solution. Corrosion parameters: Generally 1.8 minutes, the corrosion time should be adjusted according to different temperatures and the thickness of lines in different graphics and text; After the corrosion time, rinse with clean water; 7. Wash off the photosensitive adhesive with plate washing water and complete the plate making process.
