What is the production method of transfer printing steel plate?
1. Use Tianna water or developer water to thoroughly clean the steel plate, blow away the dust with wind, and pour the dimming paste onto the surface of the steel plate.
2. Place the steel plate on the sizing machine and rotate it to evenly cover the surface of the steel plate with the photosensitive paste.
3. Place the coated steel plate into a furnace at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius and bake for 15 minutes.
4. After the steel plate cools down, place the film on the surface of the steel plate and cover it with glass for exposure (time 30 seconds -1 minute).
5. Drop in developing water. The time is 10 seconds, rinse the steel plate with clean water, and then blow dry the moisture of the steel plate with wind.
6. After drying the water, use adhesive tape to stick it to the position that does not require candle carving, and then fill the sand hole.
7. Pour in candle etching water and etch for 1.8 minutes.
8. Rinse off the etching water with water, tear off the adhesive tape and wipe off the photosensitive paste to complete the production.
