What are the precautions for making transfer printing steel plates?
Pad printing steel plate is a consumable material used in special printing pad printing machines. Pad printing steel plates include chromium steel, K460 steel, bearing steel, spring steel, and other materials. If it needs to be used during transfer printing, it also needs to be processed once, that is, the content that needs to be transferred is etched onto the steel plate through processes such as applying photoresist, exposure, development, corrosion, etc.
What are the precautions for making transfer printing steel plates?
1. New steel plates or polished steel plates should be kept clean on the surface.
2. Apply a layer of photosensitive paste evenly on the front of the steel plate.
3. Stick the film plate onto the steel plate and expose it.
4. After exposure, rinse with sodium carbonate solution until the steel plate in the unexposed area is exposed.
5. Then corrode with dilute nitric acid or dilute sulfuric acid to a certain depth.
6. Finally, dry the steel plate.
