Drying of photosensitive adhesive requires 12 hours at room temperature, using an industrial oven to bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. It is generally not recommended to bake, but rather at room temperature;

Pad printing steel plate plate, the plate glass is clean and dust-free, the photosensitive adhesive surface is tightly attached to the plate glass, exposure parameters: generally exposure for 40 seconds, dot exposure for 8-10 seconds; 5. To develop, rinse with developer solution for 20-40 seconds, then rinse with clean water. If insufficient development is found, repeat the developer solution rinse and water rinse until the image and text are fully presented; Then dry it with a hair dryer;

After drying the water on the transfer printing steel plate, use adhesive tape to stick it to the non etched position and then fill the sand hole.

To prevent corrosion of transfer printing steel plates, pour in corrosive solution for corrosion. The corrosion time is generally 1.8 minutes, and it needs to be adjusted according to different temperatures and the thickness of lines in different graphics and text; After the corrosion time is up, rinse with clean water to remove the corrosive solution; If the depth is not enough, it can be corroded again.
